Building an Awareness Model of Emergency Supplies Dispatching for Tropical Cyclone Disasters

Objective – The research objective of this paper is to establish an efficient awareness model emergency supplies dispatching for tropical cyclone disasters, so as timely deliver each disaster area at the lowest cost. Methodology/Technique Taking caused by super typhoon No.1409 "Rammasun" cities and counties in Guangxi example, 24 (districts) belonging 7 prefecture-level with more than 1000 people need transfer resettlement are selected objects. Findings– linear programming method used two kinds models: level-by-level centralized unified provincial management center. By comparing calculation results models, it found that adopted government departments relatively high cost although simple convenient. Novelty– total improved center 31.72% less model, which has greater promotion value. can provide a better reference all levels formulate scheme disasters. Type Paper: Empirical.
